How to Make Fiery Carrot Dip
This fiery carrot dip is incredibly versatile, surprisingly nutritious and super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 50g créme fraîche
- 1tsp ground turmeric
- 1tbsp finely grated horseradish
- 2tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 250g carrots, diced
- 100g radishes, diced
- 3tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- handful of sesame seeds, to serve
Instructions
To make the carrot dip, scrub and trim the carrots, then chop into chunks and cook in a saucepan of salted water until tender.
Drain, then transfer to a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Pulse until just smooth. Season lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Chill until ready to serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
