Named after Hemingway and probably more commonly known as a Hemingway Daiquiri, it’s a superb drink and unbeatable as an aperitif.

You lucky, lucky people, today I’m going to share my Papa Doble recipe with you!

Ingredients

  • 235ml grapefruit juice
  • 120ml white rum
  • 2 tbsp Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • Juice of half a lime

Instructions

Shake with lots of ice until ice cold and pour (minus the ice) into glasses (serves 2).

    I have had a daiquiri before but never had grapefruit in it. Sounds really, really nice !
