If you love wine, there are a few things you should know for the next time you fancy a glass. Like, how there’s a way to make a cheap wine taste delicious in one step (because no, you shouldn’t ever have to spend £40 on a bottle) and any leftover red wine can be used to make adult red wine grilled cheese. Here are our favourite tips that’ll totally up your wine game.
Frozen grapes as ice cubes
Replace ice cubes with frozen grapes for never-watered-down wine. For the perfect ice cube, simply freeze grapes overnight and add to your wine glass.
Red wine stain removal
Remove red wine stains with salt, warm water, and a towel. Blot the wine stain with a dry paper towel. Cover the stain in salt and let it sit for an hour. Dab the stain with hot water. Voilà!
Make delicious grilled cheese with red wine
In a pan over medium heat, add 180ml of red wine, 1 tbsp of flour and 2 tbsp of butter. Stir the mixture until thick. Spread the mixture on tiger bread. Place the bread in a frying pan, add your favourite cheese and cook.
Make cheap wine taste better by adding berries to your glass
This is one of our favourite wine tips, it looks great too!
