Buttery Bacon & Brie Mashed Potatoes
This Buttery Bacon & Brie Mashed Potatoes recipe is absolutely delicious and super easy to make!
- 900g potatoes
- 240ml milk
- 125g butter
- 120g brie, shredded
- salt & pepper
- 5 slices smoked bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- handful of grated cheddar
Simmer the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes; drain. Cool slightly, then peel.
Heat milk with butter. Mash the potatoes with the hot milk and stir in shredded brie.
Top with crumbled cooked bacon, sliced spring onions and grated cheddar.
